This quantitative study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study is Generation Z in Magelang, which has become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia, where the number is unknown. The sampling technique used random sampling with Lemeshow measurements, so 110 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used multiple linear and moderating regression analyses (MRA). The results of this study indicate that religiosity and digital marketing positively affect Generation Z's decision to become customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Motivation cannot moderate the influence of religiosity and digital marketing on Generation Z's decision to become customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Theoretically, this study can complement the theory regarding the influence of religiosity and digital marketing on decisions. This study can then be used as a reference for further research. Practically, the results of this study can be a reference for Islamic banking in increasing understanding of the behavior of Generation Z's decision to become customers of Islamic banks.
Deviana Ardiani Ikhwan Mufti Alam Adha Dwi Santosa Pambudi Copyright (c) 2024 IQTISHADUNA: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi Kita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-12-20 2024-12-20 13 2 163 181 10.46367/iqtishaduna.v13i2.1964 Factors Affecting Generation Z's Intention To Pay Zakat Through Digital Payment https://ejournal.isnjbengkalis.ac.id/index.php/iqtishaduna/article/view/2010
This study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and price value on the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is Generation Z Ponorogo, who have paid zakat through digital payments, where the number is still being determined. Accidentally, sampling was used and measured using the Hair approach so that 98 respondents were obtained. The data source for this study uses primary data obtained from respondents filling out questionnaires, which are then analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 25 software. The study results indicate that facilitating conditions and price value positively affect the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence do not affect Generation Z's intention to pay for zakat through digital payments. The results of this study can complement existing theories, especially the effect of facilitating conditions and price value on intention. The results of this study can be used as a reference for zakat management institutions to increase the intention of the community, especially Generation Z, to pay for zakat through digital payments.
Bambang Wahrudin Titis Purwaningrum Anna Nurhayati Fery Setiawan Copyright (c) 2024 IQTISHADUNA: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi Kita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-12-20 2024-12-20 13 2 182 200 10.46367/iqtishaduna.v13i2.2010 Determinant Factors Of Electric Bicycle Purchase Decisions: Evidence From Indonesia https://ejournal.isnjbengkalis.ac.id/index.php/iqtishaduna/article/view/2008
Changes in consumer behavior in electric bicycle purchases challenge sellers' ineffective marketing. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data. The population of this study were taxpayers in Pontianak City and Kubu Raya Regency. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The Hair approach was used to measure the number of samples to obtain a sample of 240 taxpayers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used path analysis with a partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach based on variance. The study found that taxpayer awareness, e-filing, tax sanctions, and love of the homeland positively affect taxpayer compliance. If taxpayers do not fulfill their responsibilities, they will be punished. Love of the homeland can strengthen the influence of tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. However, love of the homeland cannot moderate the influence of taxpayer awareness and e-filing on taxpayer compliance. This study can complement the results of previous studies on factors that influence taxpayer compliance. Then, it can help develop a more comprehensive theoretical model and broaden the understanding of taxpayer behavior. This research can help the government make more efficient tax policies and encourage taxpayer compliance.
Jaurino Jaurino Aris Setiawan Febriati Febriati Wilda Sari Copyright (c) 2024 IQTISHADUNA: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi Kita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-12-20 2024-12-20 13 2 217 236 10.46367/iqtishaduna.v13i2.2079 Measuring Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty, And Trust Within Islamic Banks In Riau, Indonesia https://ejournal.isnjbengkalis.ac.id/index.php/iqtishaduna/article/view/2118
This scholarly investigation analyses the determinants that affect customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust within Islamic banking. The data source used in this study is primary data, which is obtained through the provision of structured questionnaires. The study population encompasses customers of Islamic banking institutions in Riau, Indonesia. The sampling technique employed is simple random sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin approach, resulting in a sample of 204 respondents. This study is quantitative, and an explanatory survey was analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The study outcomes indicate that service performance, digital banking application service quality, and customer relationship management positively influence customer satisfaction. In contrast, digital banking transformation does not affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty and trust. Subsequently, customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of service performance, the quality of digital banking application services, and customer relationship management on customer loyalty and trust. In contrast, customer satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of digital banking transformation on customer loyalty and trust. This research method uses a mixed method, combining primary data in questionnaires and focus group discussions (FGD). This study also uses an experimental approach, which treats respondents, so the questionnaire is distributed to respondents 2 times. The findings of this study indicate that digital innovation can mediate the relationship between GHRM and sustainability performance. In addition, this study also proves that there is an increase in the role of digital innovation as a mediator after treatment compared to before treatment. This finding provides theoretical implications that GHRM can be supported by digital innovation so that it can be a reference for further research. This finding can be a reference for the government and start-up technology companies to accommodate the needs of companies in implementing GHRM. Research on this topic contains an interesting sentimental side and needs to be mapped to help future research. This study aims to determine the problem's evolution and mapping, along with sentiment analysis related to BDS. This study uses a descriptive statistical analysis approach combined with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis of secondary data in the form of metadata from 81 Scopus-indexed articles published over the past 15 years, which were then processed using NVivo 15. The findings of this study reveal that the majority of studies have a somewhat negative perspective on BDS. Negative sentiment shows that many studies use sharp and negative sentences, as well as sentences that cause debate; this is related to the "Hasbara" propaganda built by Israel, while positive sentiment on this topic is small due to the lack of research using positive sentences about BDS. This study can provide knowledge about the sentiment of the boycott movement and be a reference for future research. This study examines 41 Islamic rural banks with quarterly data from 2019: Q1 to 2023: Q4. Panel regression with unbalanced panel data is then employed. For further analysis, we make an interaction between funding liquidity risk and bank size to investigate whether large banks benefit from their size associated with the impact of funding liquidity risk on profitability. Our results confirm that funding liquidity risk lowers profitability. More importantly, large Islamic rural banks face less risk associated with the impact of funding liquidity risk on profitability than small Islamic rural banks. Results also highlight the importance of strong bank fundamentals such as efficiency in supporting profitability. This research has two important implications, theoretically and practically. First, from a practical perspective, funding liquidity risk reduces profits because Islamic rural banks dare to take investment risks to obtain high income. Second, Islamic rural banks must be able to manage maturity mismatch so that the negative impact of funding liquidity risk on profits can be minimized.
Nurain Jusuf Agus Widarjono Copyright (c) 2024 IQTISHADUNA: Jurnal Ilmiah Ekonomi Kita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-12-20 2024-12-20 13 2 434 450 10.46367/iqtishaduna.v13i2.2227
